Retains the warm fatness and thump of typical humbuckers on the low wound strings, definitely a few steps back from single coil territory while being a very noticeable improvement over ordinary humbuckers on the plain strings.  It does an incredible balancing act similar to that of our 59+ LPS.  It's great for Heavy Rock all the way along the sonic spectrum to Blues and Jazz and stuff in-between.

Recommend mainly for the neck position
